The hotel was nice, yet I stayed for 1 night only. Really enjoyed climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff was very very nice, helped with every request. The location was great and favourable - close enough to exhibition centre, large supermarket and other department stores and the historic center. Actually everything was awesome, my next choice again in Leon.

The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site shops and grocery shopping service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were even offered a shuttle service to the airport. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our experience truly enjoyable.

Although the rooms were modern and spacious, the fitness center was not up to par. The room lacked proper ventilation and the equipment was not well-maintained.

I recently spent a few nights at a hotel in the city and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure that I had everything I needed. One thing that I really appreciated was the complementary breakfast that was included in my stay - it was delicious! the location of the hotel was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the sights and attractions. And the cherry on top was the wonderful rooftop terrace with an amazing view!

Being in the middle of the city, there was a lot of traffic noise that made it hard to sleep at times.
